Our Engagement and Project Manager, Siméon Wehrli, had the privilege of attending the FAO World Food Forum 2024 in Rome.
Over the course of three days, the spotlight was on the Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum, where governments presented their investment plans to improve food security and foster agricultural development.
Aligned with our mission to build a sustainable and profitable agribusiness sector in Africa, Siméon had the opportunity to participate in high-level panels and attend presentations from various African countries.
We hope that the discussions from the event will shed light on the urgent need for investment in Africa’s agricultural sector and create stronger partnerships between governments, agribusinesses, and investors.
